These data were collected from the 2001 Census, Standard Tables. This table provides information in numbers and percentages of the Sex and Age by Religion. Religion is defined as a belief in and reverence for a supernatural power or powers regarded as creator and governor of the universe. This was a voluntary question. As a result, non-responses were not imputed but were added to the category ‘not stated’. Cells in this table have been randomly adjusted to avoid the release of confidential data.
